Gratitude is a Powerful Catalyst for Happiness

As we head into the season of gift-giving, it’s more important than ever to remember that it’s not about what you have, it’s about the attitude of gratitude.

Practicing gratitude will change your life. It increases happiness, improves the quality of your relationships, and creates a sense of resiliency – allowing you to better navigate anything life throws at you. This workshop is led by Janice Kaplan, author of The Gratitude Diaries, and it explains how you can use gratitude every day to give you a fuller, happier life.

  Thursday, November 14, 2023, 1:00 PM – 2:00 PM

Attend this 1-hour Zoom event, brought to you by RiverWoods, and you will learn:

  • How to reframe negative or stressful situations in life
  • How Gratitude affects our health
  • How YOU can start your own Year of Gratitude and Gratitude Diary
  • Why, according to Janice, “people could feel 18.5% happier if they felt more grateful”
